" I wish you endless dreams and the furious desire to make a few come true."
~ Jacques Brel
You have dreams, ambitions, habits you want to change, but you just feel stuck? You feel that life is getting the best of you and you have no energy left at the end of the day for yourself?
I can help.
The first step to kindness towards self is making space in your life for You and your aspirations.
For a long time, at the end of my day, I was left feeling depleted. Lifeless. Going around in circles, always busy, but feeling unaccomplished. Weeks, months, and, I dare say years went by and I just felt more and more emptiness. After spending years with my children and forgetting myself in the process I came to a point that I just couldn’t go on anymore. I had lost myself – Completely. Life was colorless it seemed some days. I knew a change had to take place or I would simply need to run away. As that was not an option for me, I found a way.
I decided to be as kind to myself as I was to others. I listened. I had much compassion. I took the time needed to really get to know what I wanted and needed. I then took one tiny step at a time to recover the discipline I once had. I worked through the daze, the uncertainty, and, what made the difference, I erased the conviction that life was simply as such – Crazy busy. My life had been driving me. No more of that nonsense. I’m in the driver’s seat of my own life now. I alone get to decide.
If my words resonate with you, know that we are not alone. I don’t know a single person out there that hasn’t forgotten about themselves one time or another in their life. The tricky part is how to come back.
I’ve come back and I’ve helped others come back as well. It’s a simple process that takes commitment and the firm desire to make a change for the better.
As an Accountability Coach, I can help you achieve your goals by implementing new habits into your daily routine. To get there you must want to do the work.
No new habits, goals, or dreams are discarded – It can be for anything from starting a new exercise program, a new diet, implementing healthy habits, finding time for yourself to do whatever you fancy, advancing your yoga practice, starting a meditation routine, a career change, writing a book, learning something new. It is for anything that screams accountability and you just need a little nudge on a regular basis.
I can support you to achieve your goals by:
- Creating structure around all the habits you might want to implement
- Demystifying the expectations you have towards yourself vs the expectations of others
- Implementing the thought process of the power of habit
- Helping you set measurable, precise, and realistic goals
- Providing strategies to facilitate your journey
- Helping you create the space needed to work on your goals
- Holding you responsible for your actions
- Acting as a sounding board
- Following up with you on a regular basis and offering encouragement to stay on top of your progress.
These steps are accomplished at your own pace and with much kindness and understanding. No one is alike. These steps vary from one person to the next and from one goal to the next.
If you want to team up with me and if you are serious about achieving your goals, I will help you stick to your intentions and reach them one by one. And yes, we will celebrate your victories .
We can schedule an online meeting for us to get to know each other. If we feel we are a good fit and we feel the good vibe, and if you are ready to work towards your goals, I’ll be more than happy to assist you.
You know all those things you’ve wanted to do?
You should go do them.
